The realization resulted in the inception of DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL MEERUT in the year 2002 & got affiliated from the Central Board of Secondary Education in due course. The beginning was humble but dreams big, vision-farsighted, intentions noble, effort unsparing and result laudable. It spreads across over 44,515 sq. mts. lush green campus and is a beautiful abode of around 2,000 students. The school grew from strength to strength. The DPS MEERUT fraternity saw an expansion of sorts, a feat unaccomplished by any other in the city. Cradled in the peaceful ambience of the city, the school caters to the educational need of the residents in the vicinity as well as far flung areas. The carefully chosen curriculum imparts extensive knowledge of prevalent disciplines.

One to one extra help sessions, smart digital classrooms, digital library, ideal teacher ratio under CCTV Surveillance help DPS MEERUT in achieving its goal day by day. Activities like art, painting, music, dance, elocution and dramatics receive as much attention as encouraged to augment class room instructions through project work, excursions and trips. Community service is seen as an essential part of education, preparing a student to adopt more responsible attitude as an adult member of society.

In addition to teaching various physical and sporting skills, the school encourages multidimensional activities which satisfy the human urge for competition for which the school has well-ventilated and spacious Integrated Sports Complex.

Having begun his journey in the education sector in 2002 Shri M P SINGH had been a strong pillar of support for DPS MEERUT. His proficiency and invaluable support towards the day-to-day operations, administration and expansion of the institution has helped in taking DPS MEERUT to greater heights of success.

In 2002, M.P. Singh Foundation established Delhi Public School, Meerut under the aegis of the Delhi Public School Society, which has two branches now; A) Delhi Public School, Baghpat road, B) Delhi Public School, Daurala. Delhi Public School Daurala has been stepping the ladder of success since 2018.

Throughout his associated journey of 14 years with DPS MEERUT, Shri M P SINGH always dedicatedly contributed towards the development and functioning of the administrative arenas at different levels.

Furthering his resolve to spread quality education, Mr. Singh established Delhi Public School Dehradun in 2008, Kalagaon, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun. The school is reaching out to the community not only of Dehradun but also Rishikesh & Mussoorie. One more masterpiece of excellence following the footprints of Mr. Singh, Shashi Madan Public School has been started at Chandausi, Sambhal in 2023 with an aim of sensitising the young minds towards present day social condition and encourage them to be instrumental in the change required.
